Basket Former 		Draws, folds, and glues boxes faster than ever before in the industry. The Q-Tek Box Former is easy to operate and consistently forms boxes with a common footprint from 6” to 24” inches deep, keeping boxes uniform and square. Size changes are quickly and easily performed in under 3 minutes.
Box Former 		Designed for use on high-speed packaging lines and featuring gentle handling, the Q-Tek Tray Loader will automatically insert 4x 6-packs or 6x 4-packs into trays at a rate of 45 trays/minute.
Tray Loader 		Designed for use in high-speed packaging lines, the Case Stuffer automatically inserts 4x 6-pack carriers into “mother cases” at 168 carriers/minute.
Case Stuffer
 
For use in high-speed beverage packaging lines, the Case Sealer is a multiple configuration machine that can be easily and quickly changed to seal 4- or 6-packs in 24-unit trays, or seal 12, 15, 18, or 24-unit packs. 12-packs do not have to be rotated through 90° prior to entering the sealer. Speeds up to 70 c.p.m. are achievable.
