Robotic Axle Stud Insertion Cell:
A UP165 Motoman robot and dual gripper position 40lb axles into a Stud Press. Studs are gauge checked for seating and alignment. Axles are then placed on a reject conveyor, discharge conveyor or QA infeed/outfeed drawer. Cycle time is 16 seconds per axle.

Robotic Press Load & Unload Cell:
A HP50 Motoman robot utilizes a dual gripper design to position stamped discs in a Punch Press. Discs are orientated, gripped in the dual gripper and then exchanged with a finished part in the
press. Cycle time is 8 seconds per part.

NC Trimmer Cell:
A custom NC Trimmer has a 3-axis Beckhoff controller and a custom dual part gripper for quick removal and insertion of the parts. Cycle time is 15 seconds per part.

Fixtures and Weld Tooling:
We design and build fixtures, tooling and fully automated resistance, projection, and mig welding cells.
